Project Management
Project management is an extremely important part of any project, especially in ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Our experienced team plan in advance to ensure that projects go to plan. Exel's project managers are always involved at an early stage in a project and work with the designers and the manufacturing team to ensure that the proposed designs and construction can be achieved within the timescales and budget requirements.
The project managers are also responsible for ensuring that any appropriate planning permission is obtained and that building and fire inspections are carried out and certificates obtained where required.
In addition to this the project management team have specialists such as architects and surveyors, who inspect properties to ensure that they are suitable for the proposed designs and that there are no surprises like asbestos on site.
Other team members help our customers arrange temporary relocation of their staff and equipment whist any works are carried out. This is particularly useful to our commercial customers during office refurbishment.
